September 25, the delegation of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which included the vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yu.Yu. Balega, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor A.A. Lutovinov, the head of Department of Institute of Spectroscopy RAS, professor A.V. Naumov, the Head of Sector of Institute of Applied Physics RAS A.V. Slyunyaev and the Leading Researcher at the Institute for Nuclear Research, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences S.V. Troitsky, visited the French Academy of Sciences. The purpose of the visit was to prepare a report on priority areas of research in the field of physical sciences, which should be submitted to the heads of the two countries by the end of the year.
