Arzhanov A. I. and Naumov A.V. issued a patent for a computer program that allows obtaining information about the mapping of a sample in the measurement mode of luminescence spectra and raman spectra of light. The proposed software allows us to study the spectral features of the studied samples at each point of the sample.
