In the period from October 2-6, the 20th Asia-Pacific Conference on Fundamental Problems of Opto- and Microelectronics APCOM-2022, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of N.G.Basov, was held on the basis of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

On behalf of the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the head of the Trinity Separate division of the FIAN, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Andrei Vitalievich Naumov, presented scientific and technological projects of the TOP FIAN – the scientific heritage of Academician N.G. Basov. The scientific direction related to fluorescence nanoscopy of single molecules and quantum dots and developed by our scientific group was presented in the invited report “Fluorescence nanoscopy of single molecules and quantum dots”. Following the results of the conference, a special thematic issue of the journal Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics will be published.
