On November 1, a solemn ceremony and a festive concert in honor of the 150th anniversary of the founding of the university took place in the Main Building of MPSU. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Tatyana Vasilyeva, Rector of Lomonosov Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichy, President of the Russian Academy of Education Olga Vasilyeva, Head of Rosobnadzor Anzor Muzaev and other honored guests congratulated the staff and students of the University on a significant date from the atrium stage.

The honorary diploma of the Scientific Council was awarded to the head of the Department of Theoretical Physics named after E.V. Shpolsky Andrey V. Naumov
