Topic: Growing single crystals of compounds A2B6 from the vapor phase
Abstract: There will be presented original growth technologies of A2B6 compound monocrystals from the vapor phase, based on which the following have been implemented: – Laser with cathode-ray pumping emitting in the visible range – IR lasers emitting in the range of 2.0-6.8 µm. For obtaining substrates for epitaxy has been developed an original technology for growing monocrystals with high structural perfection. Possibilities and opportunities of using the presented technologies will also discussed.
