The partners of the event: publishing house “Prosveshchenie”, festival “NAUKA 0+”, Troitsk Innovation Cluster, Troitsk Scientists’ House and Gymnasium in Troitsk named after N.V. Pushkov. In 2023, this event was held for the fourth time, with the support of the Presidium of the RAS, and included a series of lectures by leading scientists for schoolteachers participating in the “Basic Schools of the Russian Academy of Sciences” project, launched by the RAS and the Ministry of Education of Russia.

During the opening talks from the Presidium of the RAS and the Division of Physical Sciences of the RAS, Vice-President of the RAS Academician Stepan Kalmykov and Academician-Secretary Vitaly Kveder noted the critical role of the academic community in addressing issues of training specialists, education, and scientific enlightenment, especially in the context of the current Teacher and Mentor Year in Russia, the Decade of Science and High Technologies, and the approaching 300th anniversary of the RAS.

At the TSATPT also discussed some key directions of work of the Optics and Photonics Council of the Division of Physical Sciences of the RAS, the Council of the RAS on “Quantum Technologies”, and the Space Council of the RAS.

Since the foundation of the TSATPT, there is unchangeable scientific chairman of the organizing committee – head of the LPI RAS branch in Troitsk, the head of the Department of Theoretical Physics named after Edward V. Shpolsky at IPTIS MPSU, Corresponding Member of the RAS Andrew Naumov.

The program of the TSATPT contains such topics about modern science and technology as photonics, nanotechnology, microelectronics, quantum technologies, cosmology, medical physics, artificial intelligence, robotics, astrophysics, and astronautics.

Leading scientists from Russia held lectures, master classes and excursions at the HPPI, TISNCM, IZMIRAN, ISAN, PIC RAS, LPI RAS branch in Troitsk, INR, and Institute of Crystallography RAS.

The head of the TRDC and the director of the Troitsk Innovation Cluster – E.V. Gorsky and V.V. Sidnev discussed the problems and challenges of modern innovative business in the context of technological sovereignty. Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Education M.Yu Demidova considered problems of the Unified State Examinations of the Russian Federation in the lecture. The problems of publishing textbooks and educational materials were discussed by representatives of the publishing house “Prosveshchenie” S.N. Gladenkova and E.N. Tikhonova.
