On March 19, in the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, took place the presentation of government awards to the members of the Academy, researchers of the scientific institutions under the scientific and methodological guidance of the Department of Physical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Medals and certificates on behalf of the President were presented by Academician Secretary Kveder V.V.

Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Andrey V. Naumov was awarded with the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation for his contribution to the development of Russian science, long-term scientific work, and in connection with the 300th anniversary of the founding of the Russian Academy of Sciences A.V. Naumov was also awarded the commemorative medal “300 Years of the Russian Academy of Sciences” for his outstanding activities.
