The scientific program APCOM-2023 included oral and poster sessions, with which plenary, invited, oral and poster presentations was presented.

This year the conference was opened with an invited lecture by A.V. Naumov “Spectromicroscopy of semiconductor quantum dots: dedicated to Nobel prize 2023”.
The conference program also includes a report by A.I. Nelyubov “Unidentified color centers in micro diamonds with extremely bright and narrow-band luminescence”.
